Getting Started

PowerPoint Basic

Welcome to RRGraph Design’s complete guide of using presentation template. Whether you’re new user or not, this guide will show all you need to know in customize and edit the template as you want it to be.

Gridlines and Guides

Gridlines help give you visual cues when you’re formatting in Office. You can align shapes and other objects in your PowerPoint slides and Word documents, and distinguish between cell boundaries in and sections of your spreadsheets and workbooks in Excel.

To show the gridlines, in Excel, PowerPoint, or Word, click the View tab, and then check the Gridlines box.

Zoom in & Out

You can zoom in to get a close-up view of your file or zoom out to see more of the page at a reduced size. You can also save a particular zoom setting.

On the status bar of your Office app, click the Zoom slider, you can drag the zoom slider in the right corner.

Duplicate Object

Click the object/picture/element, then press CTRL+D

Why aren’t all the photos included?

Many of the photos are free, and open sourced, and do not have any copyright restrictions. They are included both in the decks, and also in a separate folder for your use. Download and Install Fonts

Download the fonts, unzip, and copy them to your font folder. Then quit PowerPoint and reboot your PowerPoint.

1. Links to download the fonts are placed in Template folder\Documentation\Font Used.
2. Follow the link and download the fonts.
3. If your fonts are packed in .zip file, extract it first.
4. Double click the .otf/ttf files.
5. Click install.

Why aren’t font included?

Envato policy forbids me from including these fonts (even though they are free) with the download, but it’s easy to get them and install, and your presentations will look much better by using these beautiful fonts.
